Joseph Brandi III, 66, of Dillonvale, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday November 8, 2022, at Valley Hospice North. He was born November 28, 1955, a son of the late Joseph Brandi II and Evelyn Rae Brandi. Joseph was a member of the Plastering Union and a United Mine Worker member.
