WHEELING — After having their inaugural season canceled at the midway point last summer, the Ohio Valley Ironmen are ceasing operations after playing just one game in their start-up second season. WHEELING --- More than 50 young golfers from the Ohio Valley enjoyed blue skies and beautiful green grass Wednesday as they played in the annual Wheeling Elks youth golf tournament at the Crispin Course at Oglebay.
