MARTIN LUTHER King Jr. Day celebrations are set at two local churches today — at 10:30 a.m. at Bethlehem Apostolic Temple, 330 Main St., Wheeling, and at 12:30 p.m. at Shiloh Apostolic Faith Assembly, 3000 Weir Ave., Weirton. Speakers will include Pastor D.W.

Cummings, Sister Faith Peyton at Bethlehem and Deacon Ted Freeman at Shiloh.

ST. CLAIRSVILLE Preschool Interest Forms will be available in the elementary school office from Feb. 3 to March 5 for those interested in enrolling their child in the preschool program.

A lottery drawing will take place following the enrollment period. Applications may be filled out for children 3-5 years old, with priority given to children eligible for kindergarten the following school year.
