The family of Charlie Saksa invites friends to help celebrate his 90th birthday on Jan. 19 at Mehlman’s Cafeteria, located along National Road wast of St. Clairsville. They will host an “open house” from 4-7 p.m. in the restaurant’s private rooms. Food and drink will be provided for those interested. There is no need to bring a gift. The family invites everyone to stop by and wish him well.
