45th wedding anniversary
Kent and Pam Moore of Jacobsburg will celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary today, June 26. They were married June 26, 1971, at Concord Presbyterian Church in Centerville with the late Rev. Harvey Jenkins officiating.
Kent, son of Warner (Pat) and the late Velma Moore, is retired from AT&T and Senator Rob Portman, where he served as the Southeastern District Representative. Pam is the daughter of the late Russell and Edith Marling.
They have two sons, Brian and his wife, Leslie of Dublin, and Chad and his wife Angie of Jacobsburg. They have six grandchildren, Grace and Silas of Dublin, and Zachary, Nicholas, Mason and Adalyn of Jacobsburg.
45th wedding anniversary
Terry and Carol Sue Hill of Adena are celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary June 12.
The former Carol Sue Thompson, daughter of Walter and Lila Thompson, and Terry D. Hill, son of Friend and Gertrude Hill, were married June 12, 1971, at the Adena United Methodist Church.
Mr. Hill, an Army veteran who proudly served in Vietnam, retired as a heavy equipment operator. Mrs. Hill worked in the Adena Library for many years and retired from the Public Library of Jefferson County.
All of their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as their extended family and friends, wished them many more years of happiness, health and love.
