Chuck and Vicki Hartley of Moundsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenna, to Nicholas Dompa, son of James and Cindy Dompa of Rayland.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2007 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor of Science in Psychology. She also received a master of education degree in School Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania in 2009. She is employed by Marshall County Schools as a school counselor.

Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and a 2010 graduate of Columbus State Community College with an associate’s degree in Applied Science of Marketing. He is employed by Whipkey Heating and Air as an HVAC technician.
