Spend the day Friday in NYC from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Staying overnight in a hotel. SQUARE DANCE is slated 8-11 p.m. Feb. 9 at the Wise Building, Belmont County Fairgrounds, featuring Deep Down Country. There is a cost. From 7-8 p.m. there will be a square dance learning lesson for anyone who would like to learn to dance. Sponsored by the Belmont County 4-H Horse Committee.

ST. CLAIRSVILLE Preschool Interest Forms are available in the elementary School office from Feb. 1-March 1 for those interested in enrolling their child in the preschool program. A lottery drawing will take place following the enrollment period. Applications may be filled out for children 3-5 years of age, with priority given to children eligible for kindergarten the following school year. St. Clairsville School District guidelines for kindergarten eligibility state that children must be 5 years old on or before Aug. 1 of the enrolling school year.
