Native plant sale underway

ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The Belmont Soil and Water Conservation District is hosting a Native Plant Sale, running now through Sept. 1. This is a great opportunity for community members to purchase native perennials, grasses, sedges, and ferns. Native plants are those that naturally occur in a specific region, having evolved in that area’s climate and soil conditions over a long period. Orders can be placed online at belmontswcd.org.
