Donation for scholarship in Martins Ferry schools

The Martins Ferry Board of Education Wednesday accepted an anonymous $2,500 donation for the Dave Bruney Scholarship Fund, named for the board member and former football coach pictured here. The high school guidance counselor and administration determines how many students receive scholarships and the amounts.
