Brooke (McVey) Ferrell, left, is being inducted into Bellaire High School’s Performing Arts Hall of Fame by Performing Arts Chairman Ed Street. Ferrell is a 2007 Bellaire High School graduate and earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting from West Liberty University and a master’s degree in special education from Concordia University. She is a member of the group Artists on Call and is an intervention specialist at SkyVue Elementary School.
