WHEELING — Belomar Regional Council is proposing to revise the Fiscal 2024-27 Transportation Improvement Program.

Fiscal Year programming is on a July 1 basis with FY2024 beginning July 1, 2023.

Projects must be included in the local TIP and the state TIP to be eligible for federal funding.

Belomar is currently accepting public comments regarding the projects described below:

As requested by the Ohio Department of Transportation, the following projects will be modified:

∫ Project ID 107533: Update construction phase funding amounts to a total of $47,080,000. This project is a major rehabilitation project on Interstate 70 east of St. Clairsville.

∫ PID 117042: Update project funding amounts to $28,890,000 and moving the project from “Grouped Projects” to “Individual Project.” This project is a major rehabilitation project on Ohio 7 through Bellaire.

A public comment period regarding the proposed TIP revision extends through April 23.
