NEW MARTINSVILLE — ArtsLink’s 2025 Coffeehouse Series continues on Aug. 5 with a performance by Ben Tharp.

The free 6:30 p.m. concert, sponsored by First Mutual Bank, will be held on the performance deck at the Francis Creative Arts Center at the corner of Maple Avenue and Washington Street in downtown New Martinsville. Tharp formed a Bluegrass band in 1975 and now plays a single country music show. His musical career has taken him to play shows in West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Kentucky.

Light refreshments will be served; don’t forget a lawn chair. In case of unpleasant weather, the concert will be moved indoors.
