Indian Creek High School held its annual homecoming game Friday with the Redskins taking on Brooke High School at Kettlewell Memorial Stadium in Wintersville. A parade was held prior to the game. Last year’s Homecoming Queen Lily McElroy was set to crown the court member who chose the odd-colored rose. The homecoming dance will take place from 6-9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20,at the Mingo Junction Knights of Columbus Hall. Queen candidates included, pictured from left, Abbey Pendleton, Cheyenne Himelrick, Gabriella Boyuk, Riley Sadler, Aziah Ade and Brooklyn Evans.
