At 11:19 p.m. Monday, an officer on a traffic stop on Interstate 70 east at exit 215 in St. Clairsville issued a verbal warning to a Pennsylvania motorist for speeding.
At 6:48 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to an address on Jennifer Lane in St. Clairsville for a complaint of two children left alone in a vehicle. The deputy reported the parents were carrying groceries inside.
At 6:42 p.m. Monday, units responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident with injuries on National Road in Richland Township. The Ohio State Highway Patrol handled the accident report.
At 6:34 p.m. Monday, a caller reported that there was an unclothed female driving a gray car with West Virginia tags through a yard on Richland Drive in St. Clairsville. She was possibly having a mental health crisis, according to the caller, who was unsure who the female was. An officer responded but did not locate the female or the vehicle.
At 3:52 p.m. Monday, an officer responded to an address on Stop 32 Road in Pease Township after a caller reported finding a bone in a house while working on it. Photos were sent to a physician. It was believed to be a deer bone, according to the report.
At 12:47 p.m. Monday, a deputy was en route to a location on Mill Moore Road in Goshen Township for a report of a male throwing rocks and things at a vehicle. The officer spoke with the owners and advised them not to throw things at vehicles. No one wished to pursue charges, the report indicated.
At 11:59 p.m. Monday, units responded to an address on Blaine-Chermont Road in Pease Township for a report of a random male staying at a house for oil and gas workers. The male, who carried a driver’s license registered in Texas, was banned from the property, according to the report.
