STEUBENVILLE — Franciscan University of Steubenville welcomed Pope Leo XIV's proclamation of 2026 as the Jubilee Year of St. Francis of Assisi in honor of the 800th anniversary of his death. Tax bills mailed to Belmont County residents

ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Belmont County Treasurer Katherine J. Kelich announced Wednesday that the first-half of 2025 real estate tax and 2026 manufactured home tax bills have been mailed. Property owners not receiving their first-half bills by Feb. 7 should contact the Treasurer’s office at 740-699-2145. The due date for payment is Friday, Feb. 20. A postmark of Feb. 20 is accepted as a timely payment.
