Shooting leads to victim in stable but critical condition and shooter dead
WHEELING — An early morning shooting Saturday led to one victim in stable but critical condition, a pursuit, and the shooter dead by self-inflicted gunshot. Ohio County deputies were called to the Triadelphia area due to a victim being shot around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
