WEIRTON —A Weirton man was arrested Monday on charges of possessing thousands of images of child pornography, the West Virginia State Police announced. James L. Capito, 76, has been arrested on a warrant charging him with possession of child pornography, according to the WVSP. The arrest came Monday following an ongoing investigation led by First Sgt. D.L.
