STEUBENVILLE — An Irondale man who allegedly broke another man’s jaw in a fit of road rage and another accused of robbing a man at knifepoint were among the nine people indicted Wednesday by the Jefferson County grand jury. Lester Elmer Russell of 9 Mound St., Irondale, was ordered by grand jurors to stand trial on a charge of felonious assault. Russell, 64, allegedly broke another driver’s jaw in two places on Aug. 2.
