A SHOPPER exits the Dollar General store in Martins Ferry on Tuesday afternoon. The store reopened Monday after being closed for about two weeks for maintenance. Workers inside the store noted new ceiling tiles were installed to replace those damaged by water that had leaked. A new video surveillance system also was installed.
