ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The deaths Tuesday morning of Thomas and Angela Strussion at their Belmont, Ohio home have been ruled a “double homicide,” Sheriff Dave Lucas said Wednesday.

During a gathering at the sheriff’s department, Lucas identified the victims and said his investigators are treating the deaths as murders.

Lucas said autopsies are being done Wednesday and Thursday by the county coroner’s office.

“We’re going to do everything we can to come to a resolution of what happened,” Lucas said.
