Williams will be arraigned next week in Belmont County Common Pleas Court. He is being held in jail without bond and is expected to be arraigned next week.

Sheriff David Lucas commended the investigators.

“Whether you are in real life or cyberspace, our agency will continue to work with our state and federal partners to investigate, identify, arrest, and assist with the prosecution of those individuals who download or distribute this material,” he said. “These children are victimized repeatedly every time this material is downloaded and shared. Our detectives will continue to vigorously pursue those who commit these types of crimes in cyberspace.”
