NINA ZACCHINI

Nina was born October 27, 1920, in Bariciano, Italy a daughter of the late Giulio and Maria Sprina Zaccagnini Iannarelli.

She was a member of the former St. Michaels Catholic Church, Bellaire, OH, Sons of Italy Lodge #754 Bellaire, and a 1937 graduate of Bellaire High School.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Romulo J. “Zack” Zacchini on January 28, 2010, a son, Danny Zacchini, and a sister, Josephine Hess.

Surviving are three daughters, Mary Jo (Steve) Kurko of Bellaire, OH, Linda (John Mike) Marinacci of Bellaire, OH, and Donna Quaranto of Oahu, HI. Six grandchildren, Anthony (Tricia) Zacchini, Tina (Dave) Fruehwirth, Mark (Carla) Zacchini, Dawn Marinacci, Brian (Jacklyn) Kurko, and Anina Quaranto, 12 great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Jacob Zacchini, Kaelli, Dominic, Danny, and Salvatore Zacchini, Olivea and Benjamin Fruehwirth, Katie, Sophia, Alex, and Liam Kurko, and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, OH, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with Father Daniel Heusel officiating.

Interment follows at Belmont County Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Clairsville, OH.
