Antoinette Marie Frey, 84, formerly of Bellaire passed away passed away peacefully on February 22, 2025, at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, West Virginia Born on December 7, 1940, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Anthony and Elizabeth Dobos Zelipsky. Antoinette dedicated much of her life to serving others through her work. She spent time as a bank teller, and also had a career in cosmetology.
