Jennie “Lucille” Ruthers, age 105 of St. Clairsville, OH passed away Sunday, October 13, 2024 at her home. She was born February 10, 1919 in Pleasant Grove, OH the daughter of the late Forrest and Roena “Belle” Gotshal Wheeler, Lucille retired from the US Postal Service in Bellaire where she was a suburban rural carrier and also worked at Krogers in Wheeling. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Bellaire where she at one time was a Sunday school teacher and volunteered for The Living Bread Kitchen.
