Betty Lou (Treylinek) Preslin, 89 of St. Clairsville, formerly of Martins Ferry passed away peacefully Sunday, November 3, 2024, at Belmont Manor, surrounded by her family. She was born May 26, 1935, in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late, Joseph Treylinek and Susie Palkovich. Betty was a retired secretary with the former Cook Insurance Company. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and the Catholic Women’s Club.
