JOHN SUSAC

John Michael Susac, born on October 2, 1945, in Akron, Ohio, departed this life on October 8, 2024, at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia. He was the son of the late Michael “Turk” Susac and the late Evelyn (Green) Susac. John’s career was marked by his dedication as he worked diligently at Ormet and in coal mining. He also proudly served his country for four years in the Air Force. Beyond his professional life, John was a devoted fan of the Cleveland Browns and Indians. Sam was a graduate of Parkersburg HS. He furthered his education at Fairmont State College, where he received his BA in Education.
