Lois Eileen Stephen, 96, of Barnesville passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024 at her daughter, Karen’s home. She was born on September 27, 1927, in Malaga, Ohio to the late Charles and Mary (Buckio) Hunkler. Lois was a 1945 graduate of Beallsville High School. After high school, she attended Ohio State School of Cosmetology and owned and operated a beauty shop in Barnesville until the late 1950s.
