Orval Ray Dilly, 90, of Bellaire, Ohio, died June 20, 2024, in Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Barnesville, Ohio. He was born March 8, 1934, in Centerville, Ohio, a son of the late Della May Walters Dilly and Elbridge Clifford Dilly. Orval was a retired employee of First Energy’s Power Plant and later worked at Cabella’s in Triadelphia. He was a member of New Life Fellowship Church in Shadyside, the Marshall County Hunting and Fishing Club and the NRA.
