Patsy Ann (Clay) Gulley, 87, of Belpre, Ohio passed from this life to be in God’s graces on June 2, 2024. Patsy was born in Kentucky on February 15, 1937. Patsy lived most of her life in Key Ridge outside of Bellaire, Ohio where she was a member of Jacobsburg Bible Church. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, and brother as well as her loving husband of 60 years, Donald Wayne Gulley. It was a glorious day on March 26th, 1942, when Patricia Dematte was born to Sarah Henry and William Harold Demette. Pat graduated in 1960 from Dillonvale High School with honors. She then attended Elliots Business School in Wheeling, WV. A year later, she enrolled at the Ohio University and continued to work in the main office of the New Co-Oper- ations Company. He was born December 24, 1929 in Powhatan Point, a son of the late George Edward and Carrie Mildred Bonar Armann. Rowland was a retired electrician for the former Ormet Corporation for 35 years, a member of Intercontinental Church of God.
