Kenneth “Roger” Clifford, 84, of Bellaire, OH passed away on Monday March 11, 2024 at the Sienna Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was born on January 30, 1940 in Bellaire, OH, son of Armande (Mayeres) and Kenneth O. Clifford. Roger was a retired pipe fitter for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel at the Steubenville plant and was a member of several local organizations. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Clifford and a sister, Linda Ochsenbein.
