Velma J. McFarland, 89, of Bethesda, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024. She was born on July 5, 1934 to the late Lowell and Grace (Phillips) McFarland. Velma was preceded in death by her sisters, Esther R. (Emery) Koerber and Jessie L. (Clyde) Repik; her brother, Blaine (Ilene) McFarland; and a niece, Suellen Repik. She is survived by her niece, Cindy Koerber Goff (Dave); and nephews, Barry Koerber, Daniel Repik, and Brett McFarland. Richard Irwin “Dick” Eastham, 90, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died February 8, 2024, in Barnesville Hospital. He was born March 30, 1933, in St. Clairsville, Ohio, the son of the late Laura Agnes Coffield Eastham and Herbert J. Eastham. Dick was the retired owner and operator of Eastham Excavating and a U.S. Army veteran, serving in the Korean arena. He was a member of the Christian Apostolic Church at Taplin. Wilma Marie Myers, 87, of Jacobsburg, Ohio passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at her home. She was born September 4, 1936, in Glencoe, Ohio, a daughter of the late Murwood and Mary Ann Thornton McMahon. Wilma was a seamstress at Bobbie Brooks Clothing and retired from St. Clair Cleaners. She was a Methodist by Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Gary Lee Rinkes, 72, of Harrisville, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024. Gary is survived by his wife, Denise Anderson Rinkes; his sons, Zachary (Katie) Rinkes, Joshua Rinkes.
