Richard “Rich” Bell, 82, of Shadyside, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2023 at the Reynolds Memorial Hospital WVU Medicine in Glen Dale, West Virginia. He was born June 25, 1941in Bellaire, Ohio a son to the late J. Prentice and Helen E. (Harbourt) Bell. He was a Presbyterian by faith and worked as a Senior Laboratory Technician until his retirement at Bayer. He was also a proud Veteran having served in the United States Army.
