Leroy Cline, 63, of Jacobsburg, Ohio, died January 15, 2023, at home. He was born December 8, 1960, in Columbus, Ohio, a son of the late Estelene Coon Cline and Lebert Charles Cline. Leroy was a retired Technical Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force. He was a 1979 graduate of Beallsville High School. Leroy enjoyed four wheeling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Robin Cline and a sister-in-law, Cynthia Cline. Marjorie A. (Cika) Gibson, 74, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Born in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Ernest and Marjorie (Geis) Cika, she was preceded in death by her brother Ernest A. Cika. Marjorie was a 1967 graduate of Martins Ferry High School. Gary Lee Wharton, 75, of Rayland, OH, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at East Ohio Regional Hospital. He was born March 3, 1948, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late George and Irene (Papp) Wharton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, George Wharton Jr and Ron Wharton. Gary was employed with Sears for many years before retiring from Johnson Boiler Works and served the Village of Rayland for two years as Police Chief.
