Raymond William “Bill” Dorsey, Jr, 90, of Martins Ferry, Ohio passed away peacefully on Monday, December 18, 2023, at Liza’s Place in Wheeling. He was born October 23, 1933, the son of the late Raymond W. and Beulah (Goodwin) Dorsey, Sr., in Martins Ferry Ohio. Bill was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Company in the shipping department.
