Alan “Hoss” Bell, 67, of Adena, OH passed away on October 16, 2023 at Wheeling Hospital with his family by his side. He was born on Monday November 7, 1955 to the late Elwin Laverne and Catherine Elizabeth (Tanley) Bell. Charlotte A. Myers, age 80 of Bellaire, OH died Monday, October 16, 2023 at home. She was born April 1, 1943 in Martins Ferry, OH the daughter of the late Stanley and Betty Hood Kornacki. She was born February 23, 1928, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Roscoe and Ada Allen Snedeker. Emma’s father died when she was in her adolescent years, with her mother expecting a child, she went to live with her uncle and aunt, Howard and Marie Snedeker in Bellaire, Ohio. Kimberly Lynn Stapp-Jones, 59, of St. Clairsville, OH., passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023, at her home. She was born December 15, 1963, in Wheeling, WV., a daughter of Ira Frank Stapp, Jr. and the late Linda Yvonne Wise Stapp. Kim was an employee of American Electric Power, a Christian by faith and a member of the St. Clairsville Moose Lodge and Fairpoint Polish Club. Nathan L. Dickerson, 45, of Cadiz, passed away at Trinity Hospital on Thursday, October 12, 2023, after dealing with a lengthy illness. He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, on May 31, 1978, to his parents, Richard and Bobbi Dickerson. In keeping his wishes, his body has been cremated. As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, he enjoyed sharing his faith with ones he would meet. Nathan often expressed his hope that if he died, he would be resurrected, that hope brought him much comfort.
