Ned Wayne Jones, a proud United States Army Veteran, was welcomed into heaven on November 2, 2023. Born 76 years ago on March 9, 1947, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, he began his adventures as a “Boy from Bulltown,” which he authored chronicling his various endeavors. A modern day Renaissance man, Ned did everything with exuberance, grit, and drive. He was the proud founder of Twin Oaks Refrigeration and worked there daily until his last retirement in 2012. She was born in Martins Ferry, OH on August 16, 1953, daughter of the late Carl Arthur and Lois Kathryn Mitchell (nee Ehni). Lois was a life-long resident of Martins Ferry. She graduated from Martins Ferry High School in 1971 and joined the Martins Ferry school system upon graduating from Ohio University in 1975.
