Janice was a kind, loving, and happy person who touched the lives of many and loved her family. Denise A. Carman, 57, of Chillicothe, died 7:55 pm, Saturday, September 23, 2023, at her home, following an extended battle with cancer. She was born October 9, 1965 in Wheeling, WV to Richard and Margaret Regoli Vannelle, who survive. On June 20, 1987 she married Jeffrey Carman, who survives. He was born in Barnesville, the son of the late Dorie and Ann (Fitzgerald) Hunkler.
