Nancy Ellen Brooks Graham, 75, of Jacobsburg, OH, died July 23, 2023, in Select Specialty Hospital, Wheeling. She was born, February 22, 1948, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ellen Elizabeth Brunner Brooks and Lawrence Brooks. Nancy was a loving mother, grandmother, gigi, sister and aunt. She was a former True Sportsman’s Club Auxiliary member and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William P.
