Cynthia Marie (Alloggia) Vitek, 72, of Rayland, OH, passed away Thursday July 13, 2023 surrounded by her family. Cindy was born June 9, 1951, in Martins Ferry, OH, daughter of JoAnn (Girga) Eller and Fred (Martha) Alloggia, both who survive. Cindy was a retired preschool teacher from Buckeye Local Schools, where she taught her entire career. She loved teaching and her students. She was a 1969 graduate of Dillonvale High School and received degrees from The Ohio State University and Ohio University. Eleanor Eileen Dunfee, 90 of Powhatan Point, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Forest Hills Healthcare in St. Clairsville, Ohio. She was born February 9, 1933 in Powhatan Point, Ohio, a daughter of the late Carl L. and Esther Sailer Dunfee. Along with her parents, Eileen was preceded in death by her loving sister, Alice Dunfee.
