Francis Dan McCardle Sr., 87 of Martins Ferry passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023. He was born October 4, 1935, the son of the late Frank D. and Esther (Amos) McCardle. He retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Company, Martins Ferry Plant as a Truck Driver; after his retirement he enjoyed working as the train and trolley driver at Oglebay Park.
