Charles William “Mickey” Paxton died peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday, April 29, 2023. Born on September 26, 1941, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, he is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Bertha (Sliger) Paxton; sisters, Delores Patterson and Arlene Paxton; and one son, Jamie William.
