The youngest of eight children of Nicolas and Pauline Fedorovich of Neffs, Ohio, Polly died at the age of 97 1/2 (the 1/2 was important to her). She was preceded in death by her husband John S. “Que-Ball” Kubalak in 2006. John and Pauline lived in Blaine, Ohio until 2005 when they moved to Columbus to be closer to family.
