Terry Lee Bulger, 76, of St. Clairsville, OH., passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, OH. Terry was born December 31, 1946 in Martins Ferry, a son of the late James Clyde and Ruth Louise Norris Bulger. Terry retired after over 40 years of service with the Connecticut Power Company serving as a lineman and supervisor and served in the U.S. Navy.
