Paul Lowell Hammond Jr., 70, of Jacobsburg, Ohio, died April 9, 2023 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, West Virginia. He was born September 21, 1952, in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Paul L. Hammond and Cora Belle Porter Hammond. Paul was a retired electrician from IBEW Local 141 in Wheeling and a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. She was born July 30, 1949 in Martins Ferry, OH., a daughter of the late Robert and Claristine O. Cruise Platt. Rosaleen was a retired employee of Nickle’s Bakery and a member of Family Life Ministry Center Assembly of God Church in Bridgeport, OH.
