Patricia Ann Parnell, 90, of St. Clairsville, OH passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023 at Belmont Manor Nursing Home, St. Clairsville. She was born August 26, 1932 in Wheeling, WV., a daughter of the late Jacob and Bridget McAndrews Barthalomew. Patricia was a loving homemaker and a charter member of Christ the King Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday School and worked as a secretary for many years. Clarence Alex Arno passed away peacefully Friday, March 17th. He was the son of the late Jean and Ann Arno. He was born December 6, 1946 in Bellaire, Ohio. Clarence was a Vietnam veteran serving from 1966-1967. He worked at the Ormet Corporation for over 30 years. He was an avid fisherman and loved the Pittsburgh Steelers.
