She was born January 26, 1934 in Bellaire, OH a daughter of the late William McKinley and Della Mae (Crouse) Long. Pauline Fedorovich Kubalak left her earthly home peacefully on the evening of March 20 in the company of family. The youngest of eight children of Nicolas and Pauline Fedorovich of Neffs, Ohio, Polly died at the age of 97 1/2 (the 1/2 was important to her). She was preceded in death by her husband John S. “Que-Ball” Kubalak in 2006. John and Pauline lived in Blaine, Ohio until 2005 when they moved to Columbus to be closer to family.
