Phyllis J. Coffman, 91, was graduated to God’s eternal glory on January 27, 2023, at her home in New Carlisle, OH. She was born in Martins Ferry, OH on December 30, 1931 to Elmer J. Coffman and Edith McCue Kelham. She was a graduate of Martins Ferry High School. Phyllis was involved in the food concession business with her friend, Lora Dinnen, for 40 years.
