Frank B. Horn, 85, of Shadyside, Ohio, died March 16, 2023 at his home. He was born September 30, 1937, in Jewett, Ohio, a son of the late Benson Horn and Mary Wilson Horn. Frank was a retired farmer and coal miner from Y. & O. Coal Company and was a former school bus driver in Harrison Hills School District. He was a U.S. Navy veteran serving on the USS John McCain, a member of Belmont United Presbyterian Church, Key Ridge and was formerly active in 4-H. Frank also enjoyed gardening. Shirley Bober, 88, of Flushing, died February 28, 2023. A daughter of the late Stanley and Henrietta Luchi Keneske, she was preceded in death by son, William, and husband, Carl. Surviving are 4 children, Cynthia Bober, Carl Thomas (Joy) Bober, Jr, Susan Zeigler (Dana) Pickett, and Bernard (Helen Hatten) Bober; 7 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. Private services were held at Toothman Funeral Home with burial at Rock Hill Cemetery.

Walter Joseph (Caeser) Pawloski, of Shadyside, Ohio, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, March 15. He was 95 years old. Caeser was born January 18, 1928 to Peter and Catherine Pawloski in South Wheeling, West Virginia. He attended Wheeling Central Catholic Schools and was a World War II Veteran of the Navy, where he served in the South Pacific. He retired from Wheeling Pitt Steel Company after nearly 40 years of employment. He was a proud member of the United Steelworkers of America.
