Joel "Joe” Edward Porter, 63, of St. Clairsville, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023 in his home. He was born in Martins Ferry on July 31, 1959 a son of the late Clyde and Mary (Anderson) Porter. Joel was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church, the St. Clairsville Eagles and retired after 38 years of service from the Ohio Valley Mall were he was the Maintenance Superintendent. She was born on July 12, 1927 in Wheeling a daughter of the late Anton and Teresa Hegedus. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and retired from Wheeling Hospital. Theresa is survived by her son, Randy (Connie) Suto; a sister, Rose Spisich; and a grandson, Cody Suto.
