She was born June 3, 1951 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Charles W. and Elfia (Battistone) Scott. Anita dedicated her career to helping the elderly as a nurse’s aide In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Scott.
