She was born April 19, 1934, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Alexander Schneider and Anna Virginia Wheeler Schneider. Peg was a farmer and retired nurse’s aide from the former Oak View and Park Health Center in St. Clairsville. She enjoyed collecting seashells on the beach, crocheting and spending time with her family.
