Mark Eugene West, 66, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died January 20, 2023, in Cumberland Pointe Care Center. He was born October 1, 1956, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a son of the late Charles West and Dorothy Mae Poludniak McCluskey. Mark was the former owner of Imagination Unlimited Tattooing in Shadyside, Ohio. He was a 1974 graduate of Martins Ferry High School.
