Richard “Rex” Theodore Powley Sr., 94, of Dillonvale passed away Friday, February 10, 2023, in Park Health Care Center. He was born on December 2, 1928 in Scio a son of the late Theodore Powley and Matilda (Balvin) Weisgarber. He was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Friends Church, and enjoyed wood working, polka music especially Molly B.
